ABSTRACT.
The seasonal distribution of grey series
streptomycetes isolated at monthly intervals from Jordanian fields
has been investigated. Antibiotic activity of the isolates was also
examined and the strains active against Agrobacterium
tumefaciens were identified as Streptomyces bottropensis
and S. griseoruber.
