en Relationship of the traits of native arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi with soil physico-chemical properties and chemical composition of star grass in cattle
BARRIGA CH, Jairo; VISBAL P., Maria & ACERO G., Jovana

Abstract

In order to identify arbuscular mycorrhizal (AM) fungi in star grass ( Cynodon nlemfuensis check for this species in other resources ) of cattle farms at Fusagasugá Municipality, Colombia and the relationship of their levels of colonization and spore diversity with soil physicochemical variables and chemical composition of star grass, it was determined from a simple random sampling the isolation of AM. It was identified in the rhizosphere of star grass, the presence of the genera, Glomus check for this species in other resources (82.02%), Acaulospora check for this species in other resources (7.86%), Entrophospora check for this species in other resources (5.61) and Scutellospora check for this species in other resources (4.49), the percentage of colonization ranged between 22.5 and 33.3%, and the spore density of 100 g of soil between 100 and 360. Correlations were found between the spore density with Ca (-0.659), Mg (-0.715), K (-0.808), Na (-0.704) and effective cation exchange capacity (-0.735), as well as between the percentage of mycorrhizal colonization and K (0.719). The nutritional composition also correlated with the spore density in the protein fraction of A + B1 (0.380), colonization correlated with the concentration of lignin (0.270) and the protein fractions B2 (0.300) and B3 (0.039). It was able to establish the existence of a relationship between the AM and the nutritional composition of star grass.

BARRIGA CH, Jairo; VISBAL P., Maria & ACERO G., Jovana

Se determinó en la rizosfera del pasto estrella, la presencia de los géneros, Glomus check for this species in other resources (82,02%), Acaulospora check for this species in other resources (7,86%), Entrophospora check for this species in other resources (5,61) y Scutellospora check for this species in other resources (4,49), el porcentaje de colonización varió entre 22,5 y 33,3%, y la densidad de esporas en 100 g de suelo entre 100 y 360.
