Resumen

Se describen el género Chrysomila gen. n. y las siguientes especies nuevas: C. amazonica (Brasil), C. cycloeides (Perú) colectada en Guarea macrophylla check for this species in other resources (Melastomataceae), C. dichroa (Perú), C. erwini (Perú), C. eudaemon (Colombia), C. filicis (Venezuela), C. gamboensis (Panamá) colectada en Luehea seemannii check for this species in other resources (Tiliaceae), C. lema (Venezuela), C. tinalandiae (Ecuador) y C. virginensis (Costa Rica) con algunos ejemplares colectados en Tetrorchidium euryphyllum (Euphorbiaceae). Se señalan las diferencias con los géneros Monotalla Bechyné 1956, Clavicornaltica Scherer 1974, Normaltica Konstantinov 2002 y Kiskeya Konstantinov & Chamorro 2006; se presentan diagnosis, descripciones, ilustraciones, fotografías y una clave para la identificación de cada una de las especies descritas.

Abstract

Chrysomila check for this species in other resources gen. nov. and the following new species are described: C. amazonica (Brazil), C. cycloeides (Peru) collected on Guarea macrophylla check for this species in other resources (Melastomataceae), C. dichroa (Peru), C. erwini (Peru), C. eudaemon (Colombia), C. filicis (Venezuela), C. gamboensis (Panama) collected on Luehea seemannii check for this species in other resources (Tiliaceae), C. lema (Venezuela), C. tinalandiae (Ecuador) and C. virginensis (Costa Rica) with some specimens collected on Tetrorchidium euryphyllum check for this species in other resources (Euphorbiaceae). Differences between these and other related genera Monotalla Bechyné 1956, Clavicornaltica Scherer 1974 and Kiskeya Konstantinov & Chamorro 2006 are presented; diagnoses, descriptions, pictures, illustrations and keys for each species are provided.
