Abstract
Catheter ablation in patients with congenital heart disease can be very challenging.
The anatomy of the conduction system can vary significantly. In this article,
we present the catheter ablation procedure in a patient with primum ASD, Wolff-Parkinson-White
syndrome and unusually located AV node.
