Sportski Napitci I Umor Sportaša

Vrhunski sportaši, izvrgnuti zahtjevima sve bržeg ritma i
sve većeg intenziteta tjelesnih napora, imaju sve manje
vremena za oporavak organizma. Naporni treninzi
pokreću fiziološki mehanizam obrane poznat kao
iscrpljenost ili mišićni umor. Sportaši u tom stadiju
pribjegavaju nadoknadi iscrpljenih energetskih zaliha
konzumiranjem visokoenergetskih napitaka. Tu leži
najčešća zabluda o postojanju “čarobnog napitka” koji
brzo i potpuno može vratiti snagu mišića oslabljenu
napornim vježbanjem. Energetski napitci mogu donekle
ubrzati oporavak, ali svaki sportaš mora znati svoje
granice i sportske mogućnosti te u skladu s tim znati
izabrati sport koji mu najviše odgovara. U ovom radu
dajemo pregled dostupnih energetskih napitaka koji
imaju utjecaja na hidraciju sportaša prije, za vrijeme ili
poslije tjelesnih napora, te načina njihove upotrebe
sport, hidracija, umor

Energy Drinks And Tire Athlets

Abstract
Athletes are many times pushed to their limits by
intense workouts and by limited time given for recovery.
Extreme exercise induces a physiologic defence mechanism
known as exhaustion and sensation of tiredness.
When faced with exhaustion athletes try to regenerate
their lack of energy by consuming high energy drinks.
This is a common misbelieve since there is no “magic
drink” that would quickly and fully recuperate the
strength lost during strenuous exercise. Energy drinks
can help to some degree but it is if high importance for
the athlete to be aware of his/her own limits and according
to that choose the sport category that would fit his/
her capabilities the best. In this study we tried to assess
which energetic drinks and their rout of administration
would make the greatest impact on athletes hydration
before, during and after the practice session.
