The basic elements of the integral formation of the university program are the dynamics of which are centrally being affected by faculty practice. For example the recurrent themes are those of conceptualization of theories, testimonies by faculty and students, personal reflections, in which has been noted the importance of "the affective" processes for learning and generally questioning the educationl atmosphere of the social participants, as is being done by the academia.

La búsqueda de elementos fundamentales en la formación integral del estudiante universitario ha llevado a los autores a centrarse en las dinámicas afectivas de la práctica docente. Para profundizar la temática se recurre a conceptualizaciones teóricas, testimonios de docentes y estudiantes, y a reflexiones personales, denotando la importancia de lo "afectivo" en los procesos de aprendizaje y generando un cuestionamiento tanto a los actores sociales participantes en el acto educativo como a la academia misma.
