Resumen

La transformación en empresas sociales del Estado (ESE) de la red de instituciones de salud de primer nivel pertenecientes a la Secretaría de Salud Pública Municipal de Cali genera nuevos retos para el sistema de salud de la ciudad; se deberán ajustar los modelos de atención, la articulación con otras instituciones prestadoras de servicios, las entidades aseguradoras y la contribución a las metas en salud pública que el ente territorial ha definido en el marco del sistema de seguridad social del municipio.

Abstract

The transformation of the network of first level health institutions in Cali city generates new challenges for the health system. The attention models will be due to fit. The insuring joint with other lending institutions of services, organizations and the contribution to the goals in public health. This article presents the new relationship for institutions; insure agencies and their principles of management and results.
