Of 18 infectious queratitis, 16 (88.9%) they were managed medically and at 2 they were carried out surgical treatment; 50% (9 infectious queratitis) they were diagnosed as severe; 14 of the infectious queratitis completed approaches to take laboratory samples: sensibility of the Gram is of 50% and the sensibility of cultures for bacterias it is of 64.2%. The frequently most opposing bacteria was the Sta. epidermidis.
Conclusion. The study demonstrated evidently that the guides of handling proposals for the infectious queratitis associate to achieve its recovery without complications (exact test of Fisher p = 0.001032).
