We are very pleased to announce the addition of a new journal to our website.
Zootecnia Tropical is a peer-reviewed, scientific journal published by the Instituto Nacional de Investigaciones Agricolas (INIA), Venezuela. Zootecnia Tropical is published every three months. An annual volume consist of four numbers, and occasionally, a supplement.
Zootecnia Tropical publishes original and inedited research results, including applied and basic research. The areas of interest for the journal are animal production, pastures and forages, and marine and continental aquaculture, related to the tropical environment. Zootecnia Tropical publishes three types of papers: Scientific articles, Technical notes, and Review papers, as requested by the Editorial Committee. The papers can be published in spanish, english, or portuguese with abstracts in spanish and english.
Vol. 19, No. 1 (2001) is currently available online, and new issues (up to the current issue) will be added in the very near future.
