We are offering a free preview of volume 1, issue 1 of the African
Journal of Food and Nutritional Security. The AJFNS is expected to be
issued three times a year and is sponsored by the Friends-of-the-Book
Foundation in Nairobi with support from other willing benefactors. It
is currently published by Quest and Insight and the articles are
