Dear Publishers, editors & journal staff,
Hello again! I wanted to let you know that we have just set up an
automatic notification system on the main Bioline server -
http://www.bioline.org.br/ . This system will automatically email you
directly when a new issue (or issues) of your journal have been added to
the Bioline server.
You should receive a preliminary email from the server shortly. It may
look a little odd, because it will include a list of all of the issues
of your journal that are currently available on the Bioline system.
Please review this message, and if we are missing any backfiles or new
issues, let us know so that we can add them wherever possible.
After this preliminary email, you should only receive email when new
material is added to our server. Please note that if you have multiple
journals on the Bioline system, you will receive individual emails with
details of new additions. All email should still be directed to
bioline.international@utoronto.ca - do not reply to the email address
used to send you these notification messages -- it is just an internal
email address from the Bioline server.
As well, we are still working on the upgrades to our usage statistics
program. I wanted to assure you that we are indeed still tracking usage,
and we will send you the last few months worth of statistics as soon as
our program for generating the emails is fixed!
We look forward to seeing your new 2005 issues, and hope to hear your
comments and suggestions.
Have a great day,
JEN
