Dear Editor,

We appreciate the comments on our article[1] and thank Dr. S. V. Jalgaonkar for their critical analysis of our article and the suggested correction. The antibiotics were included as per the request of practicing doctors. We do follow the NCCLS guidelines in all our currently on-going prospective studies.
