I am happy to be releasing Volume 5 No. 2, issue 9 of our journal at this time when we celebrate Christmas for those of you who belong to the Christian faith. Well, it is a special time for all of us regardless of our faith, as we mark the end of year 2005 and hope to reach 2006 safe and sound. I wish, once again, to thank our advisors, reviewers, authors and readers, for the tremendous support we have received in the year just about to end. We continue to face challenges in journal production but so far, have been able to overcome them. Quality assurance continues to inform our work as we strive to provide as good a scholarly publication as you can find anywhere.
