The authors failed to respond even after several reminders. The Editorial Board also feels that the complication that the patient had following IVIg administration was most likely posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome and not stroke. They should have included diffusion-weighted imaging and apparent diffusion coefficient images to support their argument that it is a case of cerebral infarct.
